Each account comes with cPanel, a control panel which is extremely feature rich and easy to use with its web based interface (GUI). cPanel allows users to control everything from adding / removing email accounts to administering MySQL databases.
Included in the list of features are, FTP and File Manager, Backups, Agora Shopping Cart, Chat Room, PHP MyChat, Cron Jobs, Web/FTP Stats and access logs.

24/7 Monitoring
Our servers are monitored all day, every day. There are personnel on site at all times to make sure that the server is online and if anything does go down, staff members are alerted via email, AIM, and cell phones automatically, plus our system attempts to automatically fix the problem. All this is done to maximize uptime for your website.

E-Mail Services
Each account comes with its very own POP3, IMAP and SMTP servers. You also have access to your email through your choice of three webmail programs that come installed with each account. A catchall address is installed automatically on every account to ensure that any email sent to your domain goes somewhere. Also, all accounts have access to SpamAssassin, a program which you can use to stop SPAM before it reaches your mailbox.

Programming Technology
All accounts have access to several scripting languages. These include Perl, PHP (with Zend Optimizer) and Frontpage. You can also use SSI and also setup Cron jobs. We will even install Perl modules for you - FREE!

MySQL Databases
Each account comes with a certain number of MySQL databases. The control panel allows you to create databases and users, as well as delete them. phpMyAdmin is also installed on all accounts so that you can manage your database, download backups, upload your sql files, etc.

Account Access
Everyone has their own style, and each style person has a different way of doing things. This is why we provide many ways to manage your files. Each account comes with its own personal FTP server. You can also manage your files using FrontPage, or through our File Manager which is integrated into the control panel. You also get an anonymous FTP server so that visitors can upload and download files via FTP without having to log in. If you need command line access, you can use SSH, free with all accounts. All accounts also have access to their own Secure Server.
